Vini Vidi Vici

17 Jul

I am not sure if I am brave, stupid, or just haven’t gotten enough sleep lately, but I decided to venture to Target with all three kids by myself today. Well, first we went to Chuck E Cheese and then we went to Target. The goal was to get some new decorations for the bathroom. I accidentally got paint stripper all over our black Mickey Mouse shower curtain so it was the perfect opportunity to do some updating. Yes, it was an accident…I promise 😉

I think Jordan and I did a pretty good job picking stuff out. It looks more fresh now and it is a lot brighter in there. Here is what we picked out:

Tom wasn’t completely sold on the mustard yellow and gray thing, but I knew he would come around once he saw my vision come to life. I just need to get a few more things and may possibly make something with burlap to have a home made touch. The best part of the morning? Ariahna didn’t have a meltdown like she seems to have made a recurring theme in recent shopping trips.

Next we need to finish our 50’s country chic kitchen and then work on our bedroom. We are on a mid-century kick lately.

Now where is all that free time I had laying around? It must be around here somewhere….
